The shipping fee is a flat rate of 2,000 yen to any country. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. However, international shipments may be delayed, especially during the holiday season.
Lost Items
dim at noon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If a parcel is lost , please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel. All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our courier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the courier. Damaged on Arrival
If something is wrong with an item you have purchased from us, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Please note that a item to be considered as “Damaged on Arrival” must be:

Please also note that a item can not be considered as “Damaged on Arrival” if:

Shipping Delays
With the nature of International shipping, there can sometimes be delays, especially during holiday seasons, where huge delays might occur. Please note that we can't be responsible for shipping delays at any event and will not offer refunds.
Orders Returned to Us
If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we will have to charge you for both the shipping cost of the return and the original cost of shipment.
Custom fee
Please be aware that a custom fee may be charged depending on your country regulations and it is your responsibility to pay the fee. In the event the order is returned because you failed to pay the custom fee, we will have to charge you for both the shipping cost of the return and the original cost of shipment.
